Founded in 2020 by Antoine Dotson, located in Washington, D.C., “Catering By I Love To Cook” has proven to be the company to use for a dynamic experience of all catering services. With over 20 years of catering experience, Antoine’s journey embodies the values and expertise of those who were major influencers in his passion and success. His grandmother Annie Ross (deceased), provided him with the down-home North Carolina southern cooking style; his mother Joyce, who continues to be his number one supporter and cheerleader, provides him with a more traditional everyday cooking style; and lastly, his mentor and best friend, Kevin Reed (deceased) who provided him with a more upscale, elegant style of cooking. His passion for cooking and helping others drove him to create his own black-owned small business, which gave him the motivation to turn hard work and inspiration into a blossoming catering business. We now serve customers in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia (D.M.V) and are thrilled to be a part of the food services and hospitality industry. We are so proud to announce in 2021, the introduction of “plant-base” menu options.
